Suna’s Daughters was established with the goal of creating an ecosystem that enables girls to access education and complete it with maximum benefits, adopting a collective impact approach to achieve this goal.
Within the communities it supports, Suna’s Daughters aims to enable civil society, public, and private sector actors to work together with children, parents, and teachers towards shared goals. It also focuses on monitoring the impact through common indicators and supporting applications with its investments. Under the umbrella of the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation, which assumes the role of supporting organization, the following activities are implemented:

Provides resources, methods, spaces, and expertise to create digital and physical communities centered on the needs of girls.
Knowledge Production
Supports the creation of innovative research methods and content to address the information needs of the field and establishes infrastructure for impact analysis and monitoring-evaluation studies to strengthen practices.
Incubation Investments
Invests in developing innovative ideas, adapting successful practices, and conducting pilot implementations through partnerships focused on collective impact.
Networking
Aims to mobilize investors, donors, and experts to ensure that stakeholders within communities are supported with the most effective resources. It focuses on building impact-driven national and international connections not only among civil society organizations but also between civil society and the private sector.
Scaling Investments
Works to expand proven solutions to achieve permanent and systematic change, providing consultancy and funding support to strengthen the capacities of implementers.
Program Development and Implementation
Designs programs, workshops, and seminars to address unmet needs that cannot be incubated within communities. It establishes systems to ensure the qualified implementation of these programs and coordinates their application across implementation areas.
Communication
Creates platforms where girls, donors, volunteers, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders can communicate based on impact. It organizes digital and in-person events and prioritizes establishing communication channels where girls can express themselves.
Campaigns and Advocacy
Aims to highlight child safety, child participation, and equality between boys and girls in communication campaigns. It carries out advocacy activities to promote the dissemination of good practices for systematic change.
