With the support of Turkish Philanthropy Funds, the coordination of Suna’s Daughters, and the collaboration of our circle participants, we are launching a new two-year project in Hatay. In May, we held our first idea development meeting with circle and local participants to focus on Hatay’s reconstruction process.
During the meeting, we explored ways to:
- Connect children with a community-based social service approach,
- Empower girls to become agents of change in this process,
- Support a child-centered perspective among local circles and decision-makers.
We also evaluated opportunities for inter-institutional collaboration and synergy.
