The program, organized in collaboration with Koç High School and Şanlıurfa Governorship, focuses on creating a strong learning community where girls aged 14-18 from Istanbul and Şanlıurfa can learn from and with each other. Following the summer program, academic support and one-on-one mentoring are provided to girls in rural areas to help them continue their education.
At the end of three years, a total of 123 girls from Istanbul Koç High School and the Giyimli and Sugeldi villages of Şanlıurfa participated in the Summer Institute Program, graduated, and joined the Suna’nın Kızları girls’ community.
