The circle focuses on creating a structure that mobilizes local resources and relevant stakeholders based on the needs of the neighborhood, especially girls, and facilitates access to various services and programs. It also directs residents to these services and programs and coordinates their implementation. This structure is designed to be adaptable to different sizes and types of community spaces.

Work began at the end of 2022 to develop a model of a Community Center. Following the earthquakes on February 6, the concept was adapted into a Children’s Hub model for the earthquake-affected provinces. As of 2024, coordination processes are ongoing with the General Directorate of Child Services to implement a Community Center model in Istanbul.
